Supervisor reporting to Operations Manager

Salary £31 - 33 1/2 p.a. Depending on experience.

To provide operational support to the Operations Manager, perform operational tasks and organisational duties efficiently and effectively. To help to maintain and manage the smooth running of the Area. Help achieve area targets and grow the local portfolio.

The position is to have a senior engineer out in the field to assist the Supervisor and be hands on, but is flexible to assist with other duties at any time. To ensure all sites are kept neat and tidy and meet with Health & Safety requirements To program PPM for the area Program for all P6 work within the area.

Ensure all job packs from engineers are completed 100% Supervise training of all new engineers Preparation of quotes for client Audit sites and prepare reports for clients Be flexible for assisting engineers when they are on standby Be prepared to attend meetings with clients Ensure all tests and paperwork are completed for audits and engineers are NICEIC audited each year.

Attend meetings with Operations Manager To handle routine and other delegated matters as requested. To collate information and records to assist in new opportunities for P2 and P6 Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager.

MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Supervisors Administrator Operations/Account Manager This will enhance the service to the client with a view to expanding the area. This will also help cover more site audits to keep on top of the H&S with the large amount of P6/MTC in the area the Supervisor needs time to get round a lot of small sites.

Regional QHSE / Compliance Manager (Scotland)

Salary £35 - £38k p.a. depending on experience.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities: Promote a positive QHSE culture and demonstrate how proactive QHSE adds value to the business Promote, establish, monitor & maintain efficient QHSE & Compliance processes for the region by providing practical support and guidance to secure compliance with regulatory & contractual requirements.

Ensure that Group procedures and best practice are communicated, adopted and implemented across the region. Formulate, implement and monitor effective annual inspection & audit programmes across the region in line with guidelines. Support management / staff in the implementation of QHSE & Compliance related business processes.

Main Duties: Provide technical & practical support to management / staff in determining and implementation of safe systems of work. Be proactive in accident / incident prevention, the investigation and reporting of accidents & incidents Formulate, manage and actively participate in inspection & audit programmes for the region Host as required third party QHSE & Compliance audits Vet suitability of subcontractors used and monitor / audit their performance.

Deliver QHSE training modules and briefing material to staff as required Monitor and report on statutory compliance across the region Report on QHSE & Compliance performance Interface with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. HSE, EA and LA’s), as required Provide input to tender submissions and participate in tender presentations, as required Monitor and coordinate QHSE & Compliance related training across the contract.

Generate risk assessments, method statements, QHSE plans and Local Work Instructions, as required Qualifications / Skills Required: Experience aligned with competence in QHSE & Compliance Management Minimum NEBOSH certificate level and working towards NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health + CMIOSH or working towards CMIOSH or working towards External accredited auditor qualification (preferred) and or internal auditor training aligned with auditing experience.

Knowledge/experience in the M&E service industry General commercial awareness and ability to equate / generate QHSE & Compliance cost-benefit analysis Project management skills and ability to multi-task Influencing and persuasion skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels Good presentation and report writing skills Ability to effectively deliver QHSE & Compliance related training Sound grasp of the practical implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Level of Authority: The job holder will have the authority to carryout the role on a day to day basis in accordance with all prevailing company policies.

Multi Skilled Engineer - Aberdeen

Salary £26 - £32k p.a. depending on experience.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities: To provide professional, comprehensive engineering support and to be fully aware of the statutory and contractual requirements of the contract. To build a strong relationship with both internal and external customers to ensure that all services are provided in a timely and cost effective manner.

A van will be provided for this role. Successful candidate will be required to be on the call-out rota. Main Duties: Working knowledge of HVAC M&E maintenance. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance incorporating Air Conditioning works. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance incorporating Commercial Gas works.

To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment. To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment. To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment across the in the Aberdeen area. May be required to assist on other contracts within the area from time to time.

To maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records in accordance with Company operating procedures and the contract requirements To identify areas for additional works and/or projects within the Contractual requirements and report these promptly to the Portfolio Supervisor with estimated material costs and labour requirements.

Qualifications / Skills Required: Educated to a minimum of City and Guilds (or equivalent) but should preferably have an HNC (or equivalent). Should have served time as an apprentice or followed a recognised formal training programme and completed at least a further three years experience in a related industry environment. Full driving licence. Able to cope under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Must have a proactive approach. Able to demonstrate some Commercial Awareness. Excellent customer facing and communication skills. Have current City & Guild and CITB requirements for F Gas Legislation and Air Con. Current Commercial Gas Safe Ticket. Experience in the Building Services or Maintenance industry as a recognised Trade Technician. Need a strong M&E background for planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance incorporating Air Conditioning and Commercial Gas works.

Sorter; Leith, Edinburgh


An opportunity has arisen within the Industrial sector for a Sorter to work on a conveyor belt sorting. This is a temporary on going vacancy.
