Commercial Gas Engineer £26-28K

Commercial Gas qualified Engineer with a good knowledge of HVAC M&E maintenance with required for maintenance duties in the Dumfries area working in a permanent position for a large FM Company.

Need strong mechanical background for planned and reactive maintenance covering gas boilers and HVAC maintenance.
To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment
To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment
To carry out routine servicing and commissioning
Able to cope under pressure.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent customer facing and communication skills

Experience in the Building Services or Maintenance industry as a recognised
trade Technician preferably within a retail environment
Full driving licence and happy to travel across the region.
