An opportunity has arisen to an Engineering Consultant to work with an award winning Recuitment Company based in Lanarkshire dealing with Client from all over Scotland to south England. Dealing with major Blue Chip companies in the Engineering field and generally on permanent roles Job: Engineering Recruitment Consultant - Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday 0800-1730. With a rotational on call/out of hours service Monday - Sunday Salary: D.O.E plus uncapped Bonus potential. Circa £18K-£25K OTE
Tasks: Dealing with in the region of 50-70 temps weekly On site registration Client Visits for New and Existing Clients KPI Management Increasing Existing Business Developing New Business Dealing mainly with permanent roles Candidates must come from a recruitment sales background and ideally from the Engineering sector.
This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate after completing a successful 13 week probationary period.
