Receptionist - Coatbridge // Lanarkshire
This is being advertised of behalf of Spectrum Personnel who are operating as an employment business.A 3 week contract for a Receptionist has arisen to work for a blue chip company.
Tasks include, Reception Duties, answering incoming calls, transferring calls to correct department and all other administration duties.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF CISCO TELEPHONE SYSTEM.
Full Induction will be given at the start of the first shift which will involve H&S, Site rules, Client requirements, training and paperwork
No Notice required
This is a 3 week contract, should permanent opportunities arise candidates will be informed immediately.
